Basic Training
Short on-line introductory courses on Regenerative Business Networks.
This program is for leaders who are interested in the topic and want to understand the potential to improve the performance of their networks. (Estimated duration: 5 hours)
Organizational Journeys
Outdoor and online transformational Journeys to activate Business Network Regeneration.
This program is for leaders who know the potential of Business Network Regeneration, understand its improvement logic, and are ready to design and gradually integrate this approach to their network organization. (Estimated duration: 40 hours)
Collective Experiences
In-person deepening experiences to catalyze Business Network Regeneration; co-hosted and co-designed with network leaders and their members.
This program is for networks who have integrated and experienced the beauty and performance benefits of Business Network Regeneration, and are now ready to leverage the power of deepened relations and collective intelligence. (Estimated duration: 50 hours).

Cascading contributed to the development of COBIOM, a biomimicry swarm-intelligence plus token-based organization in Germany.

Cascading contributed to the organization´s mission, by developing an ecosystem strategy to improve water health in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Guided exploration of the role of the financial and economic system with water as our teacher.
With Drinkable Rivers, Cascading co-organized an exploratory walk and reflection next to the flowing rivers of Nyenrode Business University.
A group of finance and economy professionals and change-makers were guided to reflect upon the parallels between the roles and properties of water and that of a healthy and thriving economic and financial system.

Cascading, as part of the Regenerative Communities Network (RCN), has participated in facilitating and providing introductory workshops on business and business ecosystem regeneration.

Regenerative capacity building for nationwide initiative in Mexico
In a three-party collaboration, Cascading supported Foundation MAPFRE in a year-long effort to activate ecosystems for regeneration in three bioregions in Mexico, aimed at personal transformation, reconnection with land and territory, and collaboration with local communities. Cascading contributed with the know-how of the role of living businesses and co-designed a training program for 207 women from 18 women-led regenerative projects and businesses. The program included training and tools for regenerative business, radical collaboration, and systemic transformation.

Cascading contributed to the creation of Emerging Ecorenaissance, a small team of systems thinkers and doers from the Academy of Systems Change, exploring the frontiers of political-economic and business governance centered on the synergies of organizational biomimicry.

About Cascading’s Life-centered models
The models allow for a systemic and holistic understanding of the business and the business ecosystem.
At a meso level, the model allows for a better understanding of the functions, leverage points, and relative importance of each business area to enhance the whole and vice versa. At a macro level, the model helps identify and integrate the leverage points, flows, and cycles of the larger systems it is part of, and develop a better understanding of its role within those systems.
Overall, the model makes it easy to visualize how regeneration can best be activated and embodied throughout the different business areas and levels, for the regenerative emergence of the whole.
